The Michigan Montessori Teacher Education Center is located at the Rochester Hills campus of Brookfield Academy, 1263 S. Adams Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. This facility houses MMTEC's headquarters, office, lab school, bookstore, library and training site. The campus is located in north Oakland County, approximately 25 miles north of metropolitan Detroit and a short distance from the campus of Oakland University. The school's classrooms serve as labs for the adult students, and its Montessori materials are for use by adult learners and instructors. The staff lounge is available for small group instruction and quiet study, lunch or meetings.
