MMTEC is located within Waterford Montessori Academy, a Montessori charter school located near the cross streets of Dixie Highway and Walton Blvd.

The renovated school is located on a large piece of wooded property. The school houses early childhood and elementary classrooms. The school contains a full size gym, stage, several storage areas and library. The MMTEC office shares the north part of the library area.
