Montessori Assistant Training

The Montessori Assistant Training Seminars are designed for Early Childhood or Elementary level classroom assistants, teachers' aides, volunteers and parents. Participants will improve their effectiveness in the Montessori classroom and learn to better relate to children, parents, teachers and school administrators.

The two-day seminars will explore the Montessori Philosophy, the Importance of the Prepared Environment, the Role of the Assistant in the Classroom, and an overview of Materials and their relevance in the Classroom.

All handouts and a copy of The Montessori Children's House: An Introduction or The Montessori Elementary: Continuing the Montessori Journey are included in the fee. Class size is limited and registration will take place on a first-come-first-served basis.

Participants who attend the workshop in its entirety will receive a MMTEC Assistant Training Certificate.
